Order / Address details

We will dispatch to the address received at the time of the order and will not be held liable if this is the incorrect address, when no other address details have been given in an acceptable time frame, this also includes message cards if details have not been supplied at the time of the order.

Courier

All products will couriered with the most consistent and reliable courier service available to us, to ensure that they are transported in the safest environment possible.

Our aim is for all paid & completed orders, placed before 12pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, (unless otherwise requested), will be dispatched and typically will arrive with the recipient the following working day.
Paid & completed orders placed after 12pm on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not be dispatched until Monday, (unless otherwise requested), will arrive with the recipient on Tuesday, (as per the above please consider 24-48hrs i.e. Tuesday / Wednesday).
Although we use a 24hr delivery process this is not always guaranteed and therefore please consider 24-48hrs for the delivery There is no timed delivery window as it is based on a day delivery. We do however the ability to track each consignment and if we have the relevant contact details and request we have the ability to make special instruction for the courier to notify the recipient +/- 1 hour prior to arrival to make it easier for the recipient to be available.

If specific delivery date is required and complies with the above, please communicate accordingly when placing the order.

Delivery Areas

All Items are listed based on England and Wales deliveries only.

SCOTLAND & IRELAND are NOT included.

We have the possibility to deliver to the not included areas, however additional charges will apply. Due to time frames we sometimes dispatch items without double checking the delivery address in the eventuality that the address is outside of the above, standard charge area, we will have no alternative but to recover any additional courier charge after dispatch.

Liability

Please be advised that every effort has been made to ensure that these flowers arrive in the best condition possible, unfortunately we cannot accept any liability for poor quality due to late delivery, as a direct result incorrect delivery information or recipient not being available to receive the parcel.
